This machine is designed for producing 5-16oz high-grammage premium hot and cold paper cups, with a maximum speed of 260 cups per minute.Adopting patented dual-channel paper feeding and dual-forming technology, it doubles output at the same rotational speed, and operates stably with both thin and high-grammage paper. Compared with traditional models, it features a smaller footprint,lower energy consumption, and reduced labor requirements, while delivering excellent cup forming consistency.The machine features a table-style partitioned isolation layout and full servo drive,equipped with EtherCAT bus and electronic cam. It incorporates PLC intelligent control and full photoelectric tracking to ensure stable operation and flexible parameter adjustment. Using alternating servo paper suction, hot air preheating, and ultrasonic sealing, it achieves high station utilization, producing rigid, well-formed cups with wide paper adaptability. An optional visual inspection system automatically identifies and rejects defective products to ensure consistent product quality.
